In Use

Rebounding is cardio your knees can keep doing. Ten minutes raises your heart rate without the joint load of running, and the handle means balance is not the limiting factor while you learn the rhythm. Set it up in front of a window, work through a session, then pull the legs and handle and slide it behind a door.

Rubber feet keep the noise down and protect the floor, which matters when the workout is a repeated impact.

A rust-resistant steel frame and PP mat mean it can live on a patio as easily as in a spare room.
