Set it at 2 mph for a walk while you take a call, or push it to 7.5 with the incline up when you want the session to cost you something. Twelve preset programmes take the planning out of it. Three LED screens keep time, distance, calories, speed and heart rate in front of you, and the console has room for a bottle, a phone and a tablet. When you are done, fold it and put it against the wall.
