Quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, lats, upper back. Two minutes a side after training, or five before it when something is tight. The raised texture concentrates pressure into narrower contact points, which is what lets a roller reach the tissue a flat surface rolls over. At 45 cm it is long enough to lie along your spine and short enough to keep beside a mat.
