At under two feet deep this stands where a bookcase would. Pull-ups and chin-ups from the top bar, dips and knee raises from the parallel bars, push-ups from the low handles. PU elbow pads take the pressure off the joint and keep the load off the spine through hanging core work. The height range is wide enough that more than one person in a household can use it properly.
