Everything runs off the bar: squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, curls, overhead press. Six feet fits a half rack or a cage without overhanging awkwardly. The sleeves rotate, which matters the moment you clean or snatch — the plates keep spinning while your wrists stop. The 28 mm handle is the standard diameter, so the grip is where your hands already expect it to be.
