Description

A natural beech bench with an eight-slot dumbbell rack, a 20-litre storage box and two resistance bands. Six back angles from 90° to flat.

In Use

Set the backrest anywhere from upright to flat in six positions, then train. Eight dumbbell slots and a 20-litre box underneath mean the equipment for the session is inside the bench rather than on the floor around it. The resistance bands clip into the front slots, so band work is part of the same setup rather than another thing to find. In natural beech it stays where you can see it without dominating the room.

Why We Stock It

A bench takes up floor space whatever else you do. This one gives some of it back: eight dumbbells and 20 litres of kit stored inside the footprint it already occupies. Add the bands and the six angles and it covers most of a session on its own. Storage is not a feature on a home bench, it is the point.
